Quick Launch Toolbar
This toolbar reduces your time to in opening applications that you use frequently as you can accomodate you frequently used programs in it.
This is how you get it
Right click on your taskbar and hover the Toolbars option which is available at the top
And then click on on Quick launch That’s it you got your Quick Launch Toolbar now
Editing your Quick Launch Toolbar
Right click on somewhere between the taskbar and the Quick Launch Toolbar (more towards the toolbar side) to get this menu and Click on the Open Folder option
An explorer window opens as below where you can delete any program which you don’t want to keep and add any program shortcut in that folder to make changes to your quick launch bar
Drives in a ToolBar
Surely many users have a hard time accessing stuff which they frequently use which is available in their My computer’s drive or which in short has a long way to go inside below is a good shortcut related to your previous Shortcut
Right Click on the taskbar then hover the Toolbars option. Click on the New ToolBar Option
Now a new pop up will browse the drive or folder which you want to place it in your ToolBar. We suggest you choose My Computer so that all the drives are visible.
Click on OK
Shortcut On A Desktop
There are many Documents, Files, Songs, Movies etc which you frequently use like suppose your favorite songs playlist which you usually hear when you are online but is not available at your desktop You try to drag it in the Desktop it Moves the file Which You don’t want So There is an Alternative which Windows Provides which is shortcut to desktop Option.
Right Click on file which you want create a shortcut on your Desktop
Hover on the Send To menu option and in the follow up submenu Click on Desktop (Create Shortcut) You will find your Shortcut Icon your Desktop.
