Also, try optimizing your pc. Increase pagefile, don't use a wallpaper and visual style. Don't run useless programs. Defragment your harddisks and free some space. Install latest update of Nvidia forceware. Install latest version of directx. Use some optimization softwares and remove the unwanted one's. Use nvidia cpanel to modify settings.
